My apologies for any misunderstanding of point 1. in the previous post. Perhaps calling a serious situation “fun” was rather demeaning of me. And I profusely offer my regrets should this have offended anyone , especially those who emailed their dissatisfaction.
But do give Thailand a visit , it’s much more than the travel brouchers make it out to be !

it’s been 2 months ??!
could have sworn it was only a week since I posted.
So a walkthrough on what has happened so far :
1) Been to Thailand during the Emergency. Fun !
2) Hotels Galore. More on that next time , but dreading my next stay in another “5-star” establishment.
3) Successfully configured a Out-of-band IDS, by piping it to a PHPIDS loop for a Out-of-band DOS mitigator. No mean feat considering threshold of ~15% Xeon L5335 core … and stop looking at me that way, it was hard !
4) Been to the Shanghai World Expo.
5) Been to places I should not have.
6) Ate.
7) Did not go to Sipadan…
but this is getting boring to list. It’s 3:32am , have a Martell on my left .. and I’m looking forward to better things 
another day.

thought the place would be crowded since it was the weekend. still pretty packed but didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes for any of the rides =)
will be doing a better recap later on … but if you’re planing a visit to this theme park, go ahead and get tickets !

haha .. i went to colossus while u guys were lining for saw.
seems like quite a party on tv. too bad there’s not much local (African) gigs in there as compared to when China hosted the olympics
